4. Affiliate Links
touretic.com provides tools for managing affiliate links in your blog posts. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding affiliate marketing, including FTC disclosure requirements in the United States and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions. All affiliate relationships must be clearly disclosed to your readers.
5. Subdomain Usage
Free users receive a subdomain at username.touretic.com. touretic.com reserves the right to reclaim inactive subdomains after 12 months of inactivity. Subdomain names must not impersonate other brands, individuals, or organizations. Pro users may connect custom domains subject to additional terms.
6. Termination
touretic.com may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the platform for illegal purposes. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your subdomain and published content will be removed within 30 days.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
touretic.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or traffic resulting from the use of our platform.
